THERAPY & BODYWORK FOR YOUR HORSE

The cost is $80 through out the Bay of Plenty.

What do you need to know to prepare for the treatment?

- A treatment takes roughly 1.5 hours for your session particularly if it is your horses first treatment.
- We will need a flat area to work in.
- Avoid shoeing/trimming if possible, dental work, vaccinations, worming and clipping 4 days after a treatment.
- Horses generally need a couple of days off after treatment - depending on the severity of issues and the regularity of treatments it can be from 2-7 days.  A horse that has regular Body Work and being treated for maintenance 2 days will be fine, whilst a horse that is rehabilitating may need up to a week off in severe cases.  Please take this into account when booking.
- If it is forecasted for heavy rain after a treatment please cover for the next 12-24 hours depending on time of day and season and the weather if your horse is not normally covered to avoid a chill.
- Turnout with the freedom to move is ideal after a treatment.

Travel charges apply for further afield.

Bulk deals available for 4 or more horses together at the same location.

Please Note*****
Cancellation fees are applicable for appointments that involve travel more than 45 minutes.  If cancellation is received inside 48 hours, full fee is payable.  If you need to cancel or have changed your mind, I don't mind but please be considerate and advise with plenty of notice, the night before is not considerate and will mean I have a gap of 2 hours in between appointments for out of town.

I treat any four legged animals which have included cows, pigs and goats and have regular cat and dog clients.

I have had some success with down cows - but find these need to be treated as soon as it happens for best results.
