Hi! I'm Tina Brandt, and Horse Harmony is my company. It constantly evolves as my own knowledge, skills and development change, grow and transpire into what you currently see today.
Horse Harmony has been in operation professionally since 2011 and is based in Rotorua servicing the Bay of Plenty area. I have over 15 years of experience in Horsemanship and although this offers a very sound base from which to work from; what sets me apart from others is my other experience and skills including physical issues in horses and how to fix or address, saddle fitting, hoof health and balance, bodywork, diet and environment which all play a big part in the overall picture when helping people with their horses.
I have a proven success rate in helping people establish a solid relationship with their horses by helping both the human and horse to connect through the various skills and knowledge I have. I have found over the many years of trial and error with my own horses that I can save you time and resources to get you to where you and your horse need or want to be. I offer sound and relevant advice based off many years of education, qualifications, learning, experience and skills learnt.
Growing up I was horse mad, but living in the city with a small back yard and city parents it wasn't until I was in my early 20's that the horse passion inside of me could be realised with the purchase of my very own first horse. It's been an amazing journey since that day and each horse that has been in my life has taught me many different things which has enabled me to have a holistic or whole view of the horse and the problems people may experience with their own horses.
I am honest, reliable, genuine and a very passionate and some say gifted teacher who wants the best for you and your horse. I have had many great teachers in my life, for which I am very grateful for the opportunities for learning they offer. I have found time and time again though, that if you are prepared to listen, the master teacher of them all is the horse.
